Advanced Entrepreneurship and Family Business Strategies

- Canvas frameworks, pivoting strategies, scalability for startups and family firms.

2. Family Business Succession and Conflict Resolution

- Role of next-gen leaders, managing family disputes, professionalization.

3. Digital Entrepreneurship

- E-commerce, digital tools for SMEs, social media marketing.

4. Financial Management for SMEs

- Cash flow management, fundraising, risk assessment.

5. Entrepreneurial Ecosystem

- Networking, incubators/accelerators, government schemes for startups.

6. Research Methods

Summer Internship (Post-Semester 2)

8–12 weeks in startups, family businesses, or entrepreneurship-focused NGOs.

 

Year 2: Specialization and Practical Application

Scaling Ventures and Family Business Governance

2. Corporate Entrepreneurship (Intrapreneurship)

- Innovation within established firms, spin-offs, corporate venturing.

3. Family Business Governance

6. Industry Project

Leadership and Capstone Experience

3. Negotiation and Deal-Making

5. Capstone Project/Thesis
